Our qualified migration practitioners process visa applications for candidates and manage sponsorship requirements for employers.
We’ll guide you through what can seem like a complex process, with efficiency, speed and clear communication.
Vetting
We take care of candidate interviews, assessing their underlying skills and experience, as well as suitability for moving to a new country to work.
Suitable candidates are reviewed for visa eligibility, including meeting skill and experience requirements, and English language ability.
Assessment, Interview and Selection
Candidates who have passed our internal vetting processes are then interviewed by our clients using Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom. Clients also have the opportunity to participate in in-country visits (10+ placements required) to meet and greet prospective candidates.
We’ll arrange and facilitate interviews, practical skill and trade assessments, and seminars.
Deployment, Induction & Support
We coordinate flights and arrival for new employees, but our service does not end with arrival and start of employment. Our team can also assist as required throughout the employment journey.
